The hotel itself is beautifully decorated making it feel like you are living inside an art gallery. But the one thing that sets them apart was their SUPERB hospitality. Once the booking is confirmed, they will communicate with you through WhatsApp to help with anything from giving suggestions to local restaurants and even making the reservations for you, to booking tours, they are there to answer all your questions. Hotel staff are super friendly and approachable and are always up for a chat about your day or what you have planned the next day. They are thinking about guests needs all the time. On the morning of our arrival, our flight was delayed by a couple of hours so they organised pastries for us knowing we would be tired and hungry. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. They are super thoughtful and the hotel is really one of a kind in the perfect location. We would not choose anywhere else to stay for our next Rome visit.

This was all of course amazing but their genuine care in our stay and effort into making us feel like kings and queens is what sets this hotel apart from other 5* hotels, it has a boutique feel where nothing is deemed too much effort and the way they conduct themselves is with pure enthusiasm, joy and always with a smile.
